Bruce Beck Sports Broadcasting Camp Returns for 2018

The camp allows young future sports anchors to receive mentoring from the 8-time NY Sportscaster of the Year

NEW ROCHELLE - WNBC Lead Sports Anchor Bruce Beck loves telling stories, but this week that takes a backseat to his passion for mentoring at the annual Bruce Beck Sports Broadcasting Camp.

The camp gives students hands-on experience with doing play-by-play, anchoring, interviewing and teleprompter reading.

"It feels great to hear a kid say this was one of the best weeks in their lives, because for me it's one of my best weeks of the year," Beck said.
